Each order is carefully packed and shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking details once it ships.
Shipping Times
Because we work with trusted global suppliers to keep our prices fair and accessible, delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location:
- New Zealand & Australia: 7–15 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Other international locations: 10–25 business days
Please note these are estimates — holidays, customs, or courier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown at checkout if available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at treyp.ecommerce@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, your local customs office may apply duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
