Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

Because the Glow Point Microneedling Pen is a personal-use skincare device, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us at treyp.ecommerce@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your pen arrives damaged, faulty, or not working as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at treyp.ecommerce@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We’ll replace or refund the item right away.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened Glow Point Pens.
